Abstract

A traves de los siglos la gente ha tratado de encontrar formas de ayudar a los pobres del mundo a traves de diferentes enfoques de desarrollo. En este trabajo se mostrara el enfoque de derechos humanos, el enfoque de capital humano, y el enfoque de las capacidades humanas.
