Abstract

The following article defines strategic management as the direction of organizations, highlighting within these to companies, that is why the future of any organization depends and is a function of the knowledge that its leaders have not only of their organization, but also on the concepts and theories related to strategy. The purpose of this article is to share the fundamental aspects of strategic management and the benefits that the theory of games can bring to obtain success strategy for your organization.
