The intention of adopting human resources analytics and its impact on organizational performance: a theoretical approach
Main Article Content
Abstract
Human resource management is a key function within organizational management, where decision-making based on the analysis of data generated in its different practices represents an opportunity to find efficiency in organizations. Although the implementation of human resource analytics practices represents advantages and opportunities for improving organizational efficiency, it also presents challenges. The objective of this research is to establish the factors that determine the adoption of human resource analytics and its impact on perceived organizational performance. Based on a documentary review, the main references and contributions are identified, where Venkatesh et al. (2003), Delaney & Huselid (1996), and Carmeli et al. (2007), among others, stand out. Likewise, a theoretical model is presented for determining the factors that characterize the adoption of human resource analytics and its impact on organizational performance.
